How to Sign-Up & Activate Your Access Card

You will need to sign up for a Glance account to use an access card with our chargers. If you were provided one by your property management, you will be able to activate it during sign-up. If you were not provided one, we will mail you one free access card once you have completed sign-up.

  1.  (optional) You can choose to use your Google Account or Apple iCloud account to speed up this process by clicking either button at the top of the sign-up sheet
     
  2. If you skipped step 1, fill out the section below with your name, email, and phone number.
     
  3. Please note that the charging location address needs to be an exact match to the address we have on file, or your access card may not work properly without contacting Support.
    If you are not sure of what address to provide, please ask your property management.
     
  4. If you are given a site code by either your property management or Support, enter it here. This will ensure your account is properly linked to your charging location, even if the address in #3 did not match our records.


    Then, hit NEXT.

  5. If you have an access card, select “Yes” and enter it in the box(es) beneath.
     
  6. If you cannot find your vehicle on the list, select “Unknown”. This information is for diagnosing charging issues only, so it won’t impact your charging.
     
  7. If your shipping address differs from the address you provided on the last page, enter it below. Otherwise, select “Same As Charge Site Address”
    After you’ve completed this portion, click “Submit and Proceed”. Scroll down to complete the sign up by agreeing to the Terms of Service and Payment Terms.

 

If a rate is not listed under “Membership Pricing” (like shown above), this means either:

  • The site you signed up for has not yet established rates with us (charging will not be available until this is done--speak to your property management for more information)

  • The address you provided during sign-up did not match any of our charging sites (contact Support for more assistance)
