An access card is required to use the chargers. If you were provided a card by your property management, you can activate it during sign-up. If you were not provided one, we will mail you a free access card once you have completed sign-up.

1.  (optional) You can choose to use your Google Account or Apple iCloud account to speed up this process by clicking either button at the top of the sign-up sheet
    
2. Otherwise, proceed to fill in your name, email, and phone number.
3. Enter your site code. If you do not have one, click "I don't have a site code"
   
   
4. Enter your site's street address. Keep in mind that some sites that are facing more than one street might have a different address in our system, so if it doesn't come up right away, try Googling other valid addresses for your site.

5. Create a password for your account. The password must be 14 characters or longer and contain at least one letter and one number.

6. Select your vehicle. If it is not listed, select "Unknown". This information helps us diagnose charging issues.
    
7. Enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS, not your charging location. A pop-up may appear to confirm information and ensure proper delivery. Select "No" if no unit is required. 

   

8. If you have an access card from your property management, select the first option. Then enter your card ID number ONCE.

   

   
   If you only have one card, do not enter the same number twice.
   If you do not have an access card but need one, select the second option.
   If you know you do not need a card, or you will receive one soon, select the third option.

9. On the last screen, you will find your site's pricing (if there is any). There may be "Zero Cost", or you may see a Fixed plan or a Flex plan with per kWh. Rates are determined by your site's property management.
10. Check both boxes after reading the Terms of Service, then hit "Accept and Proceed"

Congratulations! You have completed sign up! If you activated an access card during this process, please allow some time for the chargers at your location to update to accept your newly activated card.
